Terms of Use

The service

OutRank.Fan sells paid public ranking and promotional placement. A payment affects the applicable Fan Spot and team totals according to the Rules. It does not buy a fixed rank, guaranteed duration, traffic, clicks, customers, endorsement, prize, payout, or game outcome. Other users may pay more and change a position.

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you act for a business, organization, or another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so. You may publish only content and destinations you own or are authorized to represent. The paid service is currently offered only in the United States.

Your content

You remain responsible for the display name, message, link, and other material you submit. You grant OutRank.Fan a non-exclusive license to host, format, reproduce, and publicly display that material as needed to operate and promote the service. You must keep submitted information accurate and ensure that it complies with law and these Terms.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not submit, link to, or use the service for:

• Illegal content or activity, including content that facilitates unlawful conduct
• Abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, or sexually explicit content
• Content that exploits or endangers children
• Defamatory statements, deceptive claims, scams, phishing, malware, or unsafe redirects
• Impersonation or content that falsely suggests authorization, affiliation, or endorsement
• Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations
• Promotion of regulated products or services without every authorization required by law
• Attempts to manipulate rankings, payment records, traffic measurements, or platform security

Content enforcement

OutRank.Fan may refuse, restrict, suspend, hide, or remove any Fan Spot or promotional content, with or without prior notice, when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, payment-processor requirements, or creates a security, safety, or reputational risk. We may make non-substantive formatting changes required for display, but we will not materially rewrite your promotional message. Restricting promotional content does not alter verified ranking amounts unless a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise required to be corrected.

Payments and changing rank

Stripe processes card information, and OutRank.Fan does not store full card numbers. The amount and purchase details shown in Checkout control the transaction. A position may change immediately after payment. Refund, dispute, tax, and cancellation terms presented at Checkout also apply.

Refunds

All payments are final. A verified payment applies to the applicable Fan Spot and team totals immediately and is not refundable because a position later changes, because another user pays more, or for any other change of mind. We may issue a refund at our discretion, or as required by law, in cases of a duplicate charge, a proven payment-processing error, or a payment we determine to be fraudulent. A refunded or reversed payment is removed from the applicable totals under the Rules. This section does not limit any chargeback or dispute right you have directly with your card issuer or Stripe.

Third-party destinations

Promotional links lead to services that OutRank.Fan does not control or endorse. You visit them at your own risk. A Fan Spot owner is responsible for the legality, accuracy, security, and availability of their destination.

Changes and availability

We may change, pause, or discontinue features and may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. This choice does not limit any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you under applicable law.
